How to do it

  1. Light bounces on the balls of your feet.
  2. Every 3–4 bounces, do a split-step (land wide and bent).
  3. Take an explosive first step to one side and come back.

  • Eyes forward, as if reading your opponent

  • Split-step too high or too late
