How to do it

  1. Stand tall.
  2. Raise one knee to hip height while the opposite arm swings forward.
  3. Alternate quickly, landing on the balls of your feet.

  • Arms at 90°, from hip to face
  • Short ground contact

  • Leaning the torso back
  • Landing flat-footed and loud
